This page should answer the most basic questions about the system. We will be adding a complete help manual for each function of the editor, but feel free to test every button to see what it does.
Adding Content / Editing Content The What You See Is What You Get editor is a fully featured HTML editor that allows non programmers the ability to create and edit the content on their web sites.
Adding and Uploading Pictures In order to add pictures you must either choose to "Add" or "Edit" a web page. Within the content editor there is a picture icon . Clicking this icon will bring up the image library that will allow you to upload pictures and add pictures directly into your document.
Creating / Editing Tables In order to create tables for your page content first click "Add" or "Edit" a web page. Within the content editor there is a set of table icons.

- To Create Tables:
Click the left icon (highlighted above) to create a table.
- To edit a Table:
Once you create your table, you must use the mouse and click anywhere inside the table. The table images will now become active allowing you to click them.
 If you move your mouse over an image it will tell you what it does. Do not be afraid to use it, because you can always click the undo button to undo your last step. Clicking the redo button will do the opposite.
Undo and Redo These buttons are the undo and redo button. The undo button will clear your last action and redo will do the opposite. It does keep a relatively long history, but make sure you do save if you are doing heavy editing.
Copying & Pasting from Microsoft Word You can copy text from all word editors including, but not limited to (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, WordPerfect, Internet Explorer, Outlook, Outlook Express, and much more). When you copy and paste into the editor, the color, formatting and positioning will all stay the same.
Deleting Web Pages Click the "Delete" button found on the bottom of the content editor section.
Note: If you delete a page that has sub pages, those pages will be restored to the top directory, so you should select a new parent page for each of them.
Deleting Pictures In order to delete a picture you must click to "Add" or "Edit" a page. Within the content editor there is a picture icon . Once inside the Image Library you can select a picture and delete it.
